good morning ladies! Have a nice weekend! It was hot again in Dallas (not 100 degrees, but close to it). We went to my granddaughter’s soccer game on Saturday and it was so hot I ran away right after my granddaughter’s soccer game.The heat in September drains me. Went to my sister-in-law’s mother’s 80th birthday party on Saturday night. She was so cute and I loved feeling like the youngest in the room!
Today I want to show you one of my favorite fall outfits (these photos were taken in LA a few weeks ago). sequin sweaterSequins can be worn at any time of the day or night.An understated sequin sweater or top adds a bit of life to the average piece! I’m not saying go like a whole ham this (during the day), being modest is always a good policy.I combined these with a sweater brown denim pants (nice change from blue) and my new sandals, was a splurge, but the color got me! I have already worn all three of these her pieces multiple times (as pictured) and mixed them with others in my closet.

I’m having a relatively calm week and I’m very happy. I’m on the trivia team tonight and I’m a little nervous. I used to be good at trivia, especially the movie and celebrity categories (that says a lot about me :))), but not so much anymore. I don’t know who it is, and it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a movie. I hope you don’t get kicked out of your team during the game! It looks like it’s going to be fun!
