Nadia Aboulhosn: hair food

Nutrition is the perfect way to describe my 2020. It was necessary and long overdue. I am talking mentally, physically and emotionally. All of it. Really nourishing herself in every way possible and that includes my hair. is a few things it does.

1. I stopped washing my hair every day.

2. use hair food organic Coconut Oil & Dragon Fruit Shampoo & Conditioner. The line is made with 70% organic ingredients, free of sulfates, parabens, dyes, silicones and synthetic fragrances. It’s also cruelty-free. I got mine at Costco where the collection is only available at certain locations and online.

3. The waiting time from picking up the hair to coloring is long.

4. Make sure you get a trim every three months.

I can’t stress enough how different your hair feels when you eliminate all the harsh chemicals. It was almost impossible to brush. You could literally feel the buildup in my hair. I’m so happy to do that with their organic line of hair food. Have you guys tried hair food products? I love this shampoo and conditioner especially since I recently lifted my hair. I want to try the oil. Guys you can check it out Click here for Hair Food!
