I’m really into chia pudding right now. Or a protein shake, depending on how I feel in the morning.
About caffeine:
I don’t like coffee, but I love tea. If I want hard caffeine, I drink Earl Gray. However, I’ve been trying to avoid caffeine lately and use Mud\Wtr instead. Mushroom tea, but clearly not magic mushrooms.
About her beauty routine:
I use a cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, and then a little light makeup when I leave the house. A little concealer, a little blush and bronzer go a long way. I shower at night I like to feel like I’m sleeping very cleanly.

I love having some time to myself, especially during busy times. I love going back to my hotel room or my own space and decompressing for just a second. I love training my brain to reduce stress. I am a natural strong stressor and worry about a lot of things, so I am actively working on training my brain not to worry too much. , it really made a difference.
