A very kind woman hung from the car door and shouted that she liked the way I dressed. That was good.
Have you ever been blown away by a stranger on the street (*cough *flirting *cough*) with no other purpose? Have you ever been a spewing stranger? These interactions are among the healthiest in my life, and I try to compliment strangers when I need them, even at the risk of being awkward (some do!).
Do you have a street compliment that still makes you feel good? I still remember the woman who wet my shoes on the train in Paris. It was a dream trip to Paris (we had just gotten engaged) and getting the stamp of style approval from a chic Parisian made my day perfectly.

Isabelle Marant shoe size – There was a question about the size of Isabel Marant’s boots. Isabelle Marant sizes her shoes with French sizing which is different from European sizing, I’m size US5 which is equivalent to size EU35. However, Isabelle Marant is FR36 size. French shoe size numbers are approximately one size larger than European shoe sizes. Check carefully how the e-commerce store you are trying to buy lists shoe sizes.
